The nest
We combined years of custom van-building experience to create the ultimate Class B+ adventure rig: The Nest.
What makes the Nest better than a standard cargo van?
-
The Nest offers approximately 750 cubic feet of interior volume, compared with roughly 500 cubic feet in a traditional 170-inch Sprinter cargo van. That additional space completely changes how the vehicle feels and functions.
With nearly seven feet of interior height, you can comfortably walk beneath the raised elevator bed without crouching. Its wider body creates hallways up to three feet wide, allowing two people to move past one another without squeezing through a narrow aisle.
The larger habitat also makes room for significantly greater water capacity, more storage, and two true sleeping areas—including a king-size bed and a queen-size bed. The result is a more open, comfortable, and livable adventure vehicle for extended travel.
-
The Nest is equipped with nine exterior storage compartments, giving you dedicated space for shoes, dirty clothes, firewood, tools, recovery gear, and everything else you would rather keep outside the living area.
A large pass-through gear garage is built to accommodate a bike tray, grill, skis, camp furniture, and other oversized equipment, while three rear MOLLE racks provide flexible mounting space for additional gear and accessories.
The flat roof allows for 1200w of solar which is 3 x your standard cargo van.
-
The Nest’s two-inch composite walls provide approximately R-15 insulation, far exceeding the thermal performance of a standard camper van.
Because the composite body conducts far less heat and cold than metal, it also reduces thermal transfer and helps maintain a more comfortable interior.
